Placing an Order

  1. Visit the website and choose to register or order as a guest.
  2. Click on a product for detailed information (such as the name, description, photo, price, offering shop, shipping costs, return conditions, and delivery time).
  3. Add the desired variant to your shopping cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout, provide billing and delivery address details, and preferred payment method.
  5. Specify if you want to pay with SUSBLE COINS before completing the order.
  6. After successful payment, the shop receives a notification, and your goods are shipped.

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, your order gets prepared for shipping. Take note of the individual delivery times displayed on the product page.

Shipping Information

Upon shipping, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email. Check your spam folder if needed. Products from different shops may be delivered separately. If a tracking number is available, it will be displayed in your order.

Delivery Countries

Currently, SUSBLE CHAIN delivers exclusively within Germany. We are actively working on expanding our delivery area and anticipate covering other regions soon.

Special Orders for Companies

Bulk orders, orders beyond the specified stock, and customizations must be processed directly through the respective sellers (shops).

Multiple Packages Despite One Order

When shopping on our platform, you can shop from various sellers in one order, leading to separate deliveries. Each shop determines its shipping costs and return conditions. The associated costs are visible in the shopping cart and the order overview.

Product Questions

For inquiries about a product, utilize the chat on our website, conveniently located on every page. Product information, such as size, fit, and additional details, is available on the product pages. If additional questions arise, we're available in the chat to assist you.

Product Search

Products get organized in categories. Additionally, you can search for specific brands to discover the products offered by your favorites.

Unavailable Products

Some items may quickly sell out due to high demand or limited editions. We do not have any influence on replenishment timelines. Products may be offered by different sellers, leading to varying sales conditions.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders

Orders are processed automatically and cannot be changed afterward. For change requests, try directly contacting the shop. Contact information is found in the revocation instructions or through the order overview in the user account. Cancellations or changes are to be confirmed by the seller. You will receive a confirmation email for any modifications. Note that many sellers use automated logistics, resulting in quick package dispatch. For delivery address errors, directly contact the seller's shop. Returns are possible, and after processing, we will refund the money.

Changing the Delivery Address Afterwards

Upon completion of an order, we transmit the data to the sellers. Direct changes can not be done on our behalf afterward. However, we recommend exploring the following options:

  • Contact the shop directly

You can find contact details in the shop's imprint or through the order overview in your user account. Changes may still be possible for orders placed with smaller shops or items with longer delivery times.

  • Use the delivery service's change functions

Monitor the shipment tracking sent to you by the shop with the shipping confirmation. Many delivery services, such as DHL, DPD, etc. offer online options to redirect a package to a parcel shop.

Checking Shipment Tracking and Order Status

Orders ship from respective sellers. You will receive an email with tracking information. We offer the following suggestions to review the details and track the status of your order.

  • With a user account

Go to "Your Account" and click on the order to view details. See the status and tracking number if available.

  • As a guest without a user account

Check the order status in the email with the order confirmation. Click on "View Order" for additional functions and tracking numbers.

  • No Order Confirmation / Payment Request Received

Check your spam folder. Add our email address ([email protected]) to your contacts and check the spam settings to ensure you receive our emails.
