Haven't Received Your Refund Yet

If you're awaiting a refund after returning a product to a seller (shop), please check the following:

  • Credit Card Payment

    If you paid by credit card, the transaction may appear in a later billing cycle, causing a slight delay in the refund to your account. Our refund process typically occurs within 1-2 business days after receiving the return confirmation.
  • Status of Your Return

    Check the tracking information for your return to ensure it has reached the shop. The processing time by the shop may vary, as all packages receive individual handling as quickly as possible.
  • Refund Payment Method

    Note that the refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original payment. If you used SUSBLE COINS, the corresponding amount will be refunded as SUSBLE COINS. Cash refunds are not possible.
